The Emirates Plastic Surgery Society was formed in 1993, as a non-profit medical society working under the umbrella of Emirates Medical Association.
EPSS contributes its part in improving the standard of health services in the United Arab Emirates and is responsible for improving the scientific output and performance of the members.
The main objectives of the Society are to :
Provide an opportunity for health care professionals to contribute to the movement of scientific congress.
Raise the level of performance in Plastic Surgery.
Contribute to improving the criteria and standards of practice within the profession and advance levels of health awareness among the public.
The society has elected 5 active members who have volunteered and committed their time for supporting the development and enhancement of work practices of their colleagues and are tirelessly focused on developing the expert views on the current and most significant issues related to medical ethics and the betterment of scientific knowledge through continued medical education.
